It's surprising your browser reports this, but it's nothing to worry about, related to the DDOS protection.

I asked this both in an email, and in PM. Got no response.
Why isn't dgex.com using 2FA by now?

Thank you.

Why isn't dgex.com using 2FA by now?
Because of lack of development resources. Thank you

I still have 1.08283999 withdrawal pending from 2014-01-27 08:16:43

I received an email from support saying I was trying to withdraw from an alternative IP address and i need to make a deposit into my account to confirm the new IP address, my funds are tied up and i need this money to cover some bills (the wife keeps finding new unexpected {and probably unneeded!} things for the new baby!)

I have emailed support 3 times regarding this.

GCInc. could you please look into this and release my funds, I'll PM through my account id and email address.   (if you could please look into this asap, i just got a text from the wife, saying she might go to hospital because shes getting new strange pains! the baby might be coming noooow! arrrhhh madness >.< )

thanks

Please click this link-> https://mcxnow.com/?r=Stuartnorth       (The link is a referral link, it costs you nothing, but provides a little bonus for me if you click through to the site. Please help feed my baby. Thanks :-) )

I received an email from support saying I was trying to withdraw from an alternative IP address and i need to make a deposit into my account to confirm the new IP address

I have the same issue right now. DGEX seems to be oblivious on the fact many people might be depositing BTC from other exchanges so it
would be highly unlikely addresses used with previous deposits will be used again. It is a serious issue if merely replying on DGEX support
email is not enough to verify account ownership. BTC-e, Cryptsy, Poloniex and possibly more exchanges are fine once withdraw is confirmed
over email but DGEX is not. At the same time and contrary to mentioned exchanges, when it comes to DGEX there are delays everywhere
except with trade execution.

So what will happen if DGEX user can't deposit any more BTC from address or addresses used with previous deposits?

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

Account verification is then carried out in some other way on case by case basis.

That's called thievery. After what happened with gox, sh*tbags like this will get weeded out of the system. There's going to be a big magnifying glass on exchanges. You should be yelling your case from a mountain top. Do not let creeps like this rob you and get away with it.

I am going to see if Graviton will send it back.

Since I received the majority of my NXT, I am in a better position. If Graviton is really a legit trader, he can do whatever "investigation" he has to, and give me back the remainder of my NXT. Awaiting his reply.

Even in the investigation, he won't find anything because I did nothing wrong.

SO.. we go around and come around. Mr. Patel is now missing his small change and beginning to show his true shilling colors:

Quote from: Patel
If anything, you guys can take a inconvenience fee of like 50-75k if you want, but please send me my deposit back. I promise you there is no fraud involved. It was a legit deposit of 364k.

Quote from: Patel
Quote from: GCInc.
I am re-evaluating the 5% deal you offered
.

Would be greatly appreciated. I can get my NXT back and move on my way. I will write in your Dgex thread that I got my deposit back and we are both happy, no hard feelings. Shit happens.

Quote from: Patel
Is there some kind of fee I can pay for this investigation to be completed fast?

Quote from: Patel
Hi, any news on the release of the funds? You can send the 364300 - 5% tax back to 6805528346765258194

Quote from: Patel
I promise you I committed no fraud on the account and you guys can take 5% of the deposit as a fee to drop the case.

Quote from: Patel
Please consider taking the 5% fee from 364300 NXT, and sending my funds back to 6805528346765258194. I know if I wait until the investigation is over, I am still going to get my funds back, but I do not know how long this will take. I would rather just pay the 5% and get them back immediately.

Please consider it

The whole private message discussion was much more lengthy, everything was transparent and the deal to compensate for the risk of releasing funds early before the complex investigation was made in good understanding. How convenient it's now after months to come back and twist the story publicly to claim that DGEX stole a custom fee arising from a very nasty fraud case that made DGEX lose 350k NXT yet still compensate the customer from its own pockets.

BTW the double deposit hazard was solved in January through the use of account token validation.

No theft involved, DGEX keeps its promises unlike some of our fraudulent customers.

"...which rightfully belongs to me in the first place"

Willingness or even desperation to get funds returned is understandable, as you have no
leverage.  But the TOS states:

"Once a deposit is made, the funds transferred become the property of DGEX.com and the client can hold no claim for the funds displayed on their DGEX.com account should any unforeseen circumstances occur. "

So as soon as you made the deposit, the funds were no longer yours. The second phrase is subsumed by
the first, and certainly unclear however in any case, the bar  of one 'unforeseen circumstance' is quite low
and defined completely by them.

Whether such an agreement could hold up in court is another
discussion, but on the surface, once you made the deposit the funds were not yours to reclaim
Anything returned to you was superfluous.

Even more reason not to use dgex and to warn others. What kind of slick, greasy "businessman" puts that as part of their T.O.S.
.. and yet you have yourself happily used our service quite a bit.

You do not care to answer to my private messages attempting to clear what's wrong with you impression about DGEX, or are you maybe operating an agenda. Now, that - and of course the constant bashing over here - I call slick businessmanship!

You have held users funds hostage and used extortion. Not just in this case
I still wonder which cases you are talking about and basing your lunatic assumptions on. As was proven above, Mr. Patel decided to immaturely distort everything to his small benefit as it was him insisting on paying a non-refundable fee for releasing his funds before standard investigation was completed, about half a dozen times so. Of course you do not believe any investigation was necessary. Well it's not necessary for the likes of Gox. Let me assure you for proper exchange business it is.

Ah the fees debacle... if you can't read TOS, FAQ and expected business maneuvers you're certainly up for some surprises. At DGEX and elsewhere in life. ("Read" here means understanding, yeah? Like realizing that a business can not continue to exchange for free forever, and maybe checking the FAQ about the timing of fees.)

Quote
Given your track record, I expect anything you do to have the opposite effect.
Expect all you want, my track record is fortunately impeccable in the minds of the majority of DGEX customers who don't care to spend their time reading the whines of frustrated and disillusioned agitators taking pleasure in using mind tricks to mislead proper business.

Quote
You don't like what I say?

No, I would love to continue this delightful discussion with you but now Sir, if you don't mind, as you no longer are our customer I have more important business to take care of.

I have the same problem and reply to your email address already. Can you take a look of that?
