Bitcoin has reached it's maximum few days ago. I don't know what is the base of your suggestion, but I am expecting to see 2000$ during the year.

Yes, the price of bitcoin already touched 2000$ in one of the Korean exchange but when it comes to other countries still, it is raising stage. This year is the best year for all the people who are waiting for bitcoin price to reach 2000$.

Imho... Cryptocurrency is gaining popularity cuz the trading platforms are getting easier to use which is keeping the buzz alive. Thus more and more money will continue to pour in for all cryptos.  But speculation has always been that Bitcoin is king and would continue to secure the bulk of that market cap. But that's not happening anymore. One particular altcoin is stealing the market share from bitcoin cuz it trades/transfers ridiculously faster than bitcoin which makes it hard to go back after that. Therefore I believe bitcoin will go indeed up w the rest of cryptocurrency but I don't think its going to hit $2k until the new year.

What made you think it would go down later this year? Sure it is quite high and we can all see that and no one knows the factor that may cause the decrease or extreme spike in increase tomorrow or next. Nevertheless, you sounded so certain with your predictions and I think we will love to know why we should consider your speculations.

Not a lot of evidence was posted but at the same time this is almost common sense, it is almost impossible to maintain this level of growth for any significant amount of time at some point it needs to go down but you can take that opportunity to buy even more bitcoin.

Yeah that korean exchange has some fake prices or some shit... Bitcoin is definitely going to 2k this year, I would predict it to reach 3k as well because when the price is in a big bubble it is growing nonstop before crashing back to the initial levels and then going up steadily. Either way to be honest I don't really care what is going to happen because bitcoin is a way to store the value, and none of the shitcoins like stellar or ripple will replace it, because only bitcoin is the real currency for the people created by people and not regulated by the ponzi scheme banks.

Im 100% sure the current price has almost nothing to do with the EFT. The price rise could partly be down to:
BitFinex and Chinese exchange withdrawal issues,
Alt coins bubble -> most people get into alt coins by buying Bitcoins first, the price of Bitcoin only goes down when these people cash out into fiat not into another alt coin,
Mass adoption taking place. New large Hodlers in India are coming onto the scene, large speculators in Japan are getting in, and... more people than ever are actually using the coin as currency even though it costs too much and is relatively slow (most of these new users are not in the USA, but South America and South East Asia)

It's not that impossible, cryptocurrency is accelerating. Gaining it's popularity because of the platforms are getting easier and the people also gaining from it a lot. Many of the countries are know it already and they begin to use it for a living. Maybe for others it's not a currency but for many it's an asset and a future.

No way will it only go to 1800-1900, it will go to 3000+ before having any major fall of more than 10% or so.

I don't think so anyone sell his bitcoins. I think everyone will start to wait when bitcoin will be cross $2000, and believe me i am also one of them who are waiting when bitcoin would be cross $2000.

Probably yeah, this bubble has to burst it is just bound to happen. I am very surprised that this bubble hasn't burst yet, it's probably the longest one. So yeah, a drop in coming months is what I am speculating, but I just have this feeling that maybe this rise isn't a bubble after all and the marketcap may be able to sustain this.
