Hi Everyone,

I started this account to announce my intention of launching an ICO for a fund that will be focused on financing small businesses. Initially, the fund will focus on investing in small publicly traded companies. The investments will be structured as PIPE private placements. This provides multiple benefits such as an opportunity to acquire publicly traded at prices below open market value.

The fund offers the potential fir returns above  between 15-85% depending on the discount at which the fund acquirers the  stock  relative to the open market price of a prospective target company. PIPE's have traditionally outperformed the s&p 500 and offers the opportunity to immediately lock in gains  due to below market value discounts available to investors in these transactions.

What I am looking for from the community.

Currently, my plans for the fund are in very much at an initial stage. As such, I am hoping to get your thoughts, and opinions on this to gauge investor demand and any thing I myself have overlooked. I look forward to answering any questions that you may have.

FYI I originally posted a thread in the wrong section, however this was kindly pointed out by a fellow member who lee commended that I post my notice to this section.

Since it looks like you are getting ICO funds to make an "investment fund", why don't you start by sharing what credentials & experience you have in the Financial Markets & Trading industry.

This time it's different.

Hi there, thanks for your interest.

The main bulk of my experience consists of working as a proprietary trader-specialising in us equities for more than 5 years. Prop firms usually take a cut of net profits in return for providing leverage. I am currently trading for my own account in order to keep all of my trading profits. Please note that unlike most investment strategies pipe investments do not occur on the open market and instead occur on a privately negotiated basis. In my opinion, I believe that the key to  profiting from pipes does not require speculative insights with regard to market movement. Instead I would say that the key to profiting using through pipe transactions is attracting deal flow, and being able to structure private placements  on advantageous terms.
