I must say that i am in the same hole. Have been a user since 2015 and have not had a problem withdrawing from it up until now. I hope its just a tech problem and nothing serious.

I'm beginning to think epay.info are scammers. Only payout some, then screw the rest.

I don`t think they are scammers. It seems to be a big professional project. BUT, they really have way too long payout process. As I understand, they say that this is necessary as they manually check every transaction. This is not going to work for them in long term. I made one claim 2 weeks ago and it took 4 days to receieve it in my wallet. If they don`t do something about it soon, this service is doomed to fail.

Your one of the lucky ones, I claimed 9 or 10 days ago and nothing. There "24/7" support is non existence, and at this point I don't know what else to do to get what i'm owed.

This kind of messages worry me. I am going to wait a few days to see whether epay staff going to take some actions or not. If they don`t, I have a faucet list with a few sites that only pays to epay which I will be removing and only focus on Faucethub.

All of the checking functions are automatic and are processed on the same day, however we gave faucet owners 5 days to  be sure about their payment.

We'll cut down this time soon after introducing our protector.

They finally paid. I messaged their twitter and got nothing, called them scammers and got an instant reply. https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/5976c30bd66225c00d1675010403fc2d3cd7d65118c9f7d647869ccf66bcbb51

I have requested withdrawal of 0.00262511 BTC since April 19 2017. The countdown timer in the site under "Pending Withdrawals" keeps resetting when it reaches 0. Address is 3DP6UfQ2ERipvZEZfnZAAT1Kcrcem3Bnc7. I asked for help on Twitter (only contact I can see on site) but got no response, despite the fact that Epay.info keeps posting there. Don't know what else to do to receive my payment...

Stop using it guys. I had enough with this service. I have been warning them for the last couple of weeks. There is a great service with daily payment from faucethub. No need to waste time with epay anymore.
