August 24, 2017: Update: Well, I have 1 more complete rig that is identical to the 4 I previously sold. I built my neighbor the exact same rig and now he wants to sell it. All terms and information below from previous post applies. Asking for $2000 USD.

I am selling my 7 GPU mining rig as can be seen from here:

Local pick up only from 94564 zip code in California, USA because I am not sure how to ship this thing. I hear too many stories of how those shipping companies handle the packages so too many things can go wrong during shipping.

If you absolutely prefer shipping, then you will be responsible for the shipping cost and I will do my best in packaging it safely as possible.

Sorry, no escrow for this one because too many things can happen during shipping that is out of my control, that is why I prefer local pick up only.

I know local pick up is limiting the coverage of selling this, but to me, this seems the best choice, unless someone else knows how to ship whole mining rigs safely.

Asking for $2000 USD.

Reason I am selling is because my power is tapped out and I need to make room for my Baikal Quad Cube.

Also, all the GPU & power supply are still under warranty.

Sorry, threw them all away. Since in the past I was thinking if I resell the GPU's only, I would ship them in anti-static bags and super bubble wrap them into those flat rate USPS priority mail boxes. That way I won't have to use up my dining area(have no spare rooms) with boxes of computer stuff for storage. lol

Anyhow, the rig would be sold complete, so there would be no need for the original boxes unless they are being taken apart.

With new 580 updated versions of these cards just coming out I think these cards are not worth as much  they were before they were released. Just like when the new iphone 7 released the price for the iphone 6 dropped like a rock the same day it was released.
So $2000 or anywhere near that is quite high.

You are comparing apples to oranges. There are newer technology in iPhone 7 vs iPhone 6. Rx580 is a rebrand of rx480, they are the same except with a slightly higher clock. That wouldn't matter much because you would want to underclock anyways for better hashes per watt. I think you are just looking at the GPU perspective. I am selling the whole package, frame and all with adapter/switch for 7 GPU, and setting everything in working order. Basically plug and play. It takes time to assemble and test everything. Time is money you know.

Plus for ETH hashing wise, they are exactly the same as 480's.

If you think this whole package is quite high, I challenge you to show me a much cheaper complete package.

The pandaminer is a much cheaper complete package. You might as well sell on eBay. No one will pay BTC for this

And also, the pandaminer isn't friendly upgradable to future cards, and regarding your opinion about getting stuff cheaper from newegg/amazon at a lower speed, DUH, it's like why buy a BMW when I can get a Honda right off the bat. Come on...

A honda to BMW? Is your rig the Honda?  Be realistic I can get the same components for $1450 and spend what 4 hours modding the card to get your hashrate 

Sell at whatever price you'd like. You won't get a bite here

Yup, I could of definitely sold them for more due to the lack of RX480/RX580 all around the world, but figured help the locals out a bit.


Side note: Guess member "a29654" turned out to be the idiot in the end, rambling his mouth. I wasn't even going post our trade experience to the public and let it slide, but he just had to keep posting in my thread for some reason, trolls be trolls i guess.
