Told me he has Ulta $200, paid, delivered late of an acc just over $100. When I said I can't use that cuz I need a high value item, asked to swap with smth else, agreed then stopped replying.

scammer. selling smth he don't hv then tried to do a switch-a-roo on useless crappy low values.
