You should drop your web-based wallet {PayZa} for a hardware wallet ...

Payza is not a web wallet in a sense that you think (not like coinbase for example) it is more like Paypal with option to buy bitcoin from them. or PerfectMoney for that matter. and it is mainly a fiat-web-wallet that you can send and receive fiat payments from.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I sent some Bitcoin to my Payza account and payza said they received the transaction and waiting for it to confirm. It was sitting unconfirmed in my Payza account and in my blockchain dot info address for over 24 hours. I logged in this afternoon and found that the transaciton has totlaly disappeared from my blockchain account and it is is showing this:

https://blockchain.info/tx/50bf070386b69f24812744f0ac333c45666afc65fe6559b44915836b7401a874

The funds are not in my payza as it is still showing pending and nothing is showing in blockchain dot info at all.
It says was rejected and pruned so who has my bitcoin? Where has it gone?

Are pools stealing our money?  Cry

Nope. They aren't able to steal your money but they can certainly "steal" your confirmation times on your transactions. If you don't want that to happen to you again then simply pay a higher transaction fee for the miners next time you send a bitcoin payment to someone. It's like a dollar now but used to be cheaper, still it's pretty cheap when comapred to some e-currencies charging you a percentage of each transaction.

If you have trouble with confirmation times, try viabtc's transaction accelerator as well. It's a great tool, and it's free.

Nope...

They provide a service to confirm your transaction basically and if you don't pay them enough to do it they are probably reluctant to do that. Bitcoin is based on miners doing their job and nobody is gonig to do a job especially with mining when it is electricity-intensive as well as having to hire multiple people to maintain the rigs if you are running a big operation if you don't pay them anything in return.

But I do agree that miner fees are getting out of hand, right now I have to pay around 0.75 USD just to get an average sized transaction sent... Pretty crazy when compared to before i only needed to pay under 10 cents.

https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions
Small transaction fee is biggest problem when price rising..You must predict price fluctuations and increase fee or you will wait more that one day. Miners are also victims. Currently i'm waiting 2 days for one transaction..and i'm almost used to.

Just don't be too greedy and include the recommended fee.

A few cents is not worth the frustration of waiting for hours or even days imo.

I always pay even over the advanced recommended fee..I accidentally spent what wasn't confirmed, so got an ingoing and outgoing transaction still unconfirmed..I sent message to Quickseller but unfortunately had as of yet no reply, so looks like either my btc will be lost again from the blockchain or I might be lucky to get it pushed through.. so far no luck, feeling a bit despondent now.

I don't know what is happening but many people have the same issues these days, including me. Yesterday I sent the funds as usual with recommended fee, it's been 24 hours now and stll nothing. And the number of unconfirmed transactions on blockchain is huge. Hope the coins are not lost or stolen but there is not much we can do I'm afraid.

Which wallet you are using? I suggest you to use electrum desktop wallet so that you can set enough fees to not face this problem again.

I have rebroadcasted it using hex encoded bitcoin transaction provided by brewmaster

Here is your transaction https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/50bf070386b69f24812744f0ac333c45666afc65fe6559b44915836b7401a874

You can always check the transaction again, it may not have pulled through and would require follow up. Miners would not have anything to do with it.

I woke up and the transactions are still unconfirmed. I hope they don't do the same thing and reject these and they both disappear again. I really want this issue resolved. It's horrible that we can't cancel a transaction. I hope BTC sorts out it's scaling problem or I will try to move to using another digital currency.
I once had a similar problem. The funds on account returned after 5 days. Moments, you wait ...
