What took you so long to claim your bounty, I think they have already distributed all bounties a month ago.
Anyway, it's better to be late than never, you did your job and you are suppose to be paid, don't worry you will be paid, just keep wanting for it.

In the past month, we have been working actively on our soft launch scheduled in early October, while scaling up our development team & marketing team. That was just temporary, it might reflect one transction in Etherdelta and it's not the real price.
Price now is below $2 which I am not happy seeing it, still too early but who does not like a good price, I guess the time to wait that is need is long.
As long as devs gives some update, it will be our basis for the decision we have to make, so far they are updating and they are active.

Nah, I am sure it's not a lottery.It would have been sent mistakenly.Anyways that does give a much big advantage or profit since the price is less at the moment and if it were a 1000s he would have dumped it at the first shot when he received the same.
