is this means that no matter how many retweets made by us, only one retweet is counted per day right?

thanks. well, its clear now. anyway, that rule will surely eliminate those who have bots or fake accounts.. atleast those real accounts will only be given stakes if they atleast make 1 retweet per day. some twitter bounty is just been abused especially those who has a portal and do an auto count in number of retweets. well done.
