(solved) bitstamp withdraw e-mail

hi

does anybody have the same problem? i don't receive e-mails from bitstamp. the messages aren't in my spam folder. i can't withdraw my BTC without the e-mails. and any other change is impossible.

i talked with my e-mail provider. they blocked the bitstamp e-mails, because they don't follow the rules.

e.g. in the html part of the e-mail is one line too long.
