Bitcoin can survive in any kind of problem even the hard forks issue because bitcoin already built a good amount of reputation and trusts from its communities around the globe. The price of bitcoin now is really increasing and i think the problems or issue will just a small concern for bitcoin as of now.

Issue with the whole hardfork and BTU attempting to gain some sort of stance is kind of dead in my opinon at this point, because of the shitty code that BTU had I think people have more or less started to give up on BTU as a whole and are moving on over to Segwit. So, the price rise is coming out of a new hope that Segwit will probably take over and that with a combination of overall BULLISH traders trying to make some money on bitcoin right now.

Thank god BTU is falling though, it was wildly annoying to have to see Ver taking credit for all this wonderful stuff he thought he was going to do for Bitcoin, I think this is going to be the time when once and for all him and Wu just fall out of place within the community and lose it.

I think this can also become a great step for btc. Because really its getting hard for the blockchain to transac the coins with millions of transaction everyday. A hardfork is better than waiting for far more worse to happen. If they can make another complex cryptography to support the blockchain without the hardfork then that would better.

Nice point. That's also what I think when there is an attempt to generate a lot of FUD here in the forum. People behind the hardfork will create panic specially to those newbies then they sold off their bitcoin to recover. In the other hand, traders and whalers going crazy because the price goes down giving them a field day to buy it cheap again.

There was never really a 100% chance of hard fork happening, the only reason why the bitcoin's price tanked was because of the discussion that was happening on the hard fork it was even picked up by big exchanges and because of it every panicked and sold btc. Right now since the discussion has pretty much stopped and everyone forgot about it, so btc is doing its usually fluctuations.

Yeah all of the hard fork issue and all the problems that bitcoin already encountered didn't cause too much for the price to come down because bitcoin has a lot of users and a big community that is keep supporting bitcoin over the time. So it is not that big issue for bitcoin and those people just want a cheap bitcoin because they can't afford bitcoin at the current price .

Hard fork with consensus is not risky. If you have read Satoshi's posts carefully, you will believe so.

Blocklimit increase hard fork will gain consensus easily if BS devs changed their anti-Satoshi attitude. With the consensus among miners, service providers, and devs, we can hard fork smoothly. Now BS devs are the only people who really oppose Blocklimit increase hard fork, and some others are merely following them.

When Hard fork with consensus happens,  the 'original chain" will no longer run because of the Bitcoin mechanism. So there will be only one chain before and after the hard fork.


So no one can use "original chain" to split the community.


BS devs have spread so many lies in past three years. Sigh.

BU and the hargfork issue will not be able to wriggle bitcoin because its users now know that it is just an issue made by bitcoin buyers with large capital (whales) so they can buy at the bottom price to make a huge profit from bitcoin
