This is what I am thinking too, the moment I read about the donation that have equivalent coins.  If  a person does not donate, there is no coins for him .  Coins this days are getting crafty in using words.  Donation = token, no donation = no token, isn't it the same as ICO?   And take not why is there a minimum amount of Donation? Hmm. Hmm.  Why not just say you are holding an ICO?

I don't think it is a real ICO, since the dev is not getting the money! It goes directly to the foundation that, as stated in the OP, is not connected to this coin on some way.

I almost think it is, until I read this part:

Anyway, ICO aside,  I really like how you involve charity foundation to your cryptocurrency project.  I think this is the first time where the distribution of coins were given through donation and the payment is sent directly to the receiving address of the foundation.  I hope you gather a lot of interest here.  The idea is really good.
