What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?

For my opinion, I do not think that television would be a good way to advertise bitcoin. Because we all know that a simple and short commercial are way too expensive. And bitcoin do not need such kind of promotinal strategy in order to be popular because it is already well known in the market, in some countries and with a lot of people may they be businessmen, housewives, students and ordinary people.

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

if bitcoin advertise in T.V hmm i think It is safe to say that not everybody knows about bitcoins and so the better way to spread the word is through television advertisements! It sounds very interesting but we know that when people are watching shows and the commercial is on, it’s time for them to also go to the bathroom, get more popcorn, everything else and what not. No matter how wonderful the ad may be, if people would not pay attention to it, it’s useless.
If commercials feature some of your favorite personalities, would you listen to them talk about bitcoins?

I have seen multiple TV shows talking about bitcoin, this is a way of advertisement indeed, maybe some companies working with BTC will begin advertising and we can see it this upcoming year

I think it is a good idea but it still depends on the country if they are totally accepted what bitcoin really is. For me it is better to not advertise bitcoin because it will noere safety.

Haven't seen any advertisement of bitcoin on television yet but i have found one on the news as it headlines for a shady activity that only stained the minds of some viewers that bitcoin is a scam. So even if people will see bitcoin advertisement, some will still think that bitcoin is scam. They just need to be educated and i think the best way to spread the good news about bitcoin is the internet where people can interact each other.

Who will fund it? Bitcoin now has enough publication by many signature,twitter and face book campaign. Although the publication is for altcoin but the publication is for bitcoin too (undirectly). Because many altcoin is traded using fiat, btc and eth.

Television is the most influencing medium of advertising. It has reached almost every part of the world. If we use television to advertise bitcoin it will be a great help for people to understand people the concept of bitcoin, its uses and advantages in daily use. The main problem in this process is who will advertise bitcoin? Bitcoin is a decentralised currency used on peer to peer exchange basis, so no central authority or institute to monitor/ regulate it. So who will decide how to advertise where to advertise etc? Cost of advertising is far more now days, in such case who will bear the expense.

There is no need of any promotional activities through TV. Through word of mouth what it has reached is very big and continuing to get widened in all forms. This can be in the form of adoption, market cap, technology acceptance and when promoted through ads, sudden increase in user network will happen leading to have a big eye by the government over the same.

It will be a big factor in introducing bitcoin to people, they will have a better understanding about it and also this will be a way to bitcoin in reaching different companies and corporations.
In this way, many people will be interested and will be fully informed about it.
It can also be a breakthrough for bitcoin by the means of its usage, when bitcoin is being advertised, the demand for bitcoin will rise up and many companies may use bitcoins as a medium for such payments.

Why? Who would pay? Bitcoin is decentralized, on the blockchain, not owned by a corporation but by the community (even when miners disagree all the time). I just don't see it.

Bitcoin has been tackled as a topic in a tv show in our country already. To advertise it on a regular basis is somewhat hard to achieve because it would be very expensive. If only we could find a generous bitcoiner then it can be done.

I think that would be a good idea because we all know that bitcoin today is very famous. Imagine what if it is famous today and it will be advertise on the TV, the population of users will somehow rapidly increase and many people would prefer to work on it rather than working on offices because it has a big income.

I think it may affect the people on its decisions on how it will accept bitcoin. If the advertisement only shows the positive effecrs of bitcoin it will somehow be a good looking in the eyes of viewers. Based on my observations it depends on what will be the effect to people if the content is positive of negative.
