Is it possible for a miner to confirm a TX for me for a fee.  I would be grateful.  It has been pending now for close to 18 hours.

Apparently the Blockchain phone APP doesn't allow you to adjust the miner fee, which is ridiculous.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as having these funds tied up doesn't help anyone.

Thank you all for any assistance.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Contact the bitcointalk users Quickseller and macbook-air.

They both have the ability add your transaction to the list of transactions that F2Pool will confirm soon.  They may ask you to make a separate  payment of a small fee to compensate for the fact that your fee isn't high enough.

You also may want to try using the transaction accelerator at ViaBTC.com (which is free, but limited to a total of 100 transactions per hour).  If they've already reached their limit this hour, you can try again once an hour until you either make your request before they've reached 100 transactions that hour or your transaction is confirmed.

I would recommend VIABTC.com also. I have used them before.
