First please forgive me if Iam in the wrong discussion forum because I see this topic of mine is useful for working in a future projects but not yet know bevause Iam learning (please if Iam in the wrong section please move this I cant think of an forum that could fit my topic)

NOW HERE IS MY QUESTION

1. Iam going to be a Major in Web and Mobile Application development. I want to know how long does it take make a website like the ICO? (Freshman here)

2. Can I use my coding skills to make an animated person move? By studying the write codes?

3. What application do I need to start animation by myself? Just incase that I can use my coding skills and sync it in with the digital arts and to animation?

4. Or making an animated person and moving object does not need coding to move?
