EOS can only be used a hedge against ethereum, should ethereum fails in scaliabily or something else goes wrong. Otherwise I do not see it going much far. It will have it’s market share but nowhere near to ethereum or neo. When cardano enters the sphere that will also have an impact on all platforms.

Currently with the discounts and confidence of users for ETH, EOS is being selected. A lot of investors are aiming at this platform

It's difficult to say. Larimer has built some great platforms in the past, but he has also scammed people in the past. I'd really hate to miss out on a successful launch of potentially the best blockchain project of all time, but I kind of suspect something about this is too good to be true. Ethereum was supposed to be a scam too, but it's second only to Bitcoin now.
too big financial appetite for dan....not happy with his previous creations. ICO 4 billions, needs more money anyway, not decentralized (able to block accounts), change of constitution afterwards ...not the sole arguments.

I think the time will come for EOS to take its rightful place and especially to make good use of it...

I bought the EOS solely due to the fact that you believe in this project. You see what a cool project it is. The all-star team, which constantly improves the product.

I like things fast, that’s why I drive Tesla. Cryptowise, I used to transact mostly with Dash and PIVX (few seconds transactions, 2 minutes to confirm) but an EOS transaction happens in a blink of an eye! This is smomething else, a real currency at last.

Referendum voting is coming! This is fundamentally one of the most important features for the EOS Blockchain. It is up to the community to spread the word about what Referendum voting is and how to participate in it. Like the mainnet launch, we need 15% voting participation to pass a referendum proposal with 10% more YES than NO votes. This is no easy feat, and will only be achieved by education and awareness. We have been working away with the referendum contract team to bring you EOSvotes.io - a non-branded voting portal to achieve this type of widespread adoption. https://medium.com/@generEOS/eosvotes-io-and-the-importance-of-a-referendum-contract-cf883398b283

How many do you need at least? You don't lose any of them to vote...correct?

Looking at the new EOS dawn and the material published so far, EOS has this ambitious plan to be a platform that many sites like Steem can be built on top it. I don't know the background why Dan has left the previous organisations, perhaps politics or something but EOS hopefully will be a place he applied the lessons learned from all previous ventures.

It looks like EOS's performance is getting more attractive and makes investors optimistic, this is what makes me also follow the trend by buying as much EOS as I can.

Just when do they think of creating an ANN thread here, it feels like we are deprived of the details and the right to ask questions when a team just do a close door sale which is only for private investors. But yes its a good project I suppose.

If you choose between Ethereum or EOS, I'd prefer to buy EOS. Look at this project from the technical and fundamental part. He's perfect.

EOS is one of the most promising projects at the moment, in my opinion. It is not as centralized as Ethereum and this is its main advantage.

So at current prices of 1.6 usd we'll have a marketcap of 1.6 billion in June 2018. And from that moment on 80 million usd worth of new tokens will be created per 12 months. That's 1,5 million usd per week for the block producers. And as we'll have 21 of them who are allowed to produce blocks each block producer can get around 73K in usd to provide resources like producing blocks, provide bandwidth and provide EOS-storage per week.
Again, that's with current prices.

EOS began to grow, and lightning-fast transactions were able to be carried out, this was an advantage of EOS. Many investors are eyeing EOS and it seems that it will become a popular platform later. In the near future, the EOS community will be stronger and make the value better and increase.

Hi;
$200,000 worth of 40,000 EOS stolen from EOSBet Dapp. It was similar hack like DAO hack on the Ethereum.
Kind regards
