Hi there,
Firstly can I apologise for being such a freshman and having no idea what I'm doing, I'm sure most of you are sick of morons like me bothering you with the same questions over and over.
I recently sent two transactions that have been sitting unconfirmed in my wallet for a couple days now and I'm just getting worried I'm never going to see my money again lol.

This first transaction:
3c08a320b81c2a0bb44323eb92babb4d36994f92ac22672e3b8348809c50a109
has been saying 'Low Fee'. Now I have gathered from some web searching this means my fee was way too low but I was under the impression that using Dynamic Fees would make sure the fee was enough. Regardless, I just want to know what is going on with it and if it has any chance at all of eventually getting confirmed.

The second transaction:
7018fc3b716f0ecab65c4db834e249370327776ce3438c853e0e07fc65ad8e26
has been saying 'Unconfirmed Parent' - my research hasn't been as informative on this one and I'm still not sure what the issue is.

If anyone can give me some advice or at least give me a little reassurance I haven't lost a couple hundred pounds that would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Rest assured that your money is not lost.

The transactions will either be confirmed or, given enough time, they will be returned to your balance when they are dropped from the mempool.

Do you know how long it takes before the pool will drop a transaction?

72 hours or after from what I have read.  Cool

Does any one know, a transaction with a large fee applied, will it definitely be confirmed very quickly?even with the blockchain congestion at the moment? or is the congestion having quite an impact on transactions regardless? Huh

If the fee you use (calculated in sats/byte) places your transaction in the top 1MB of transactions in the mempool... chances are good a miner will include your transaction in a block...

You can see the fee spread vs. total size of transactions here: https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx

Bear in mind, that others are coming along adding transactions after you while you wait for a block to be mined... so don't aim too close to the 1MB mark, as if you do, and 10,000 people come in and put a higher fee than yours, you might end up dropping down the list...

In the screenshot above, if you were to put in a fee of around 160-170 bytes, you'd be around the middle of the top 1MB of unconfirmed transactions... That should help increase your chances of getting in the next block mined. Of course, nothing is guaranteed... but it will help.

Also, you can see how if you use a fee of around 100-120 sat/byte, you going to end up in the 2MB to 8MB range... and could be waiting for quite a few blocks before your transaction gets confirmed.

EDIT: And this screenshot illustrates my point about not aiming too close to the 1MB mark... by the time I finished writing up my post, the distribution now looks like this:
