I've been using minerd on Ubuntu and Windows running on Core2Duo E7300 and laptop T5450 for a day now using the "cryptopp_asm32" algorithm.

I'm just wondering if that is best, or if there is a faster choice, or if not setting algorithm allows it to choose a best one?

Cheers Smiley

Look at the output and see what gives you the highest hash rate…
