Who are know the actual reason of bitcoin price? How can i predict about bitcoin pricing high or low?

The current reason why bitcoin price increase is due to the adoption of Bitcoin in Japan.  There is a thought that Japanese are having a fomo right now because of the current acceptance of Japanese government plus the removal of consumption tax to Bitcoin.  There is also some new about major company in Japan moving in to join Bitcoin economy.  Aside from that, the announced SEC review on ETF decision is quite pushing the price too. 

In predicting the price of bitcoin, we can have the news and certain action of big player in the industry.  They are good reference for bitcoin price movement.

Well Earlier this year it was china who made Bitcoin price rise to nice heights and now Japan News of adapting bitcoin making it rise to another level. I wonder when more countries legalizes bitcoin how much greater impact it can bring to bitcoin price rise.

Nobody can actually predict what will be next market move but you can be sure that overall trend for bitcoin price will be uptrend. You can look at trading chart for last few years, you will only see bullish trend with occasional correction.

Actually this what confuse me a lot , how can i have right prediction about two or three market in the same time despite the trend around some of them . i failed many times due to follow the steps of spammers \hype around them .

Bitcoin's price is actually based on the current demand for bitcoin as well as the current supply of bitcoin. The demand and supply are cross-referenced and with some computation, we will know the price of bitcoin. As based from the law of supply and demand, we will see an increase in bitcoin's price if the demand rose up but the supply, in circulation, is not enough to accommodate every demand. With this, we can say that bitcoin's price is unpredictable. We cannot say when it will increase and when it will decrease.

There are Bitcoin Whales that might influence the price a bit, or even a group of them... but the outcome is never 100% what they might have

If legalizing bitcoin in one country could move the price of bitcoin this much just consider how much the price of bitcoin will reach when all the countries in the world starts legalizing bitcoin    we might have to split down the coins further to accommodate the price, on a serious note i hope that the scaling issues will be settled and when we started seeing more investors the transaction gets stuck and without any changes to it the price wont have a major push,Japan legalizing bitcoin and SEC considering an ETF approval are the things that comes to my minds thinking about the price rise.

I definitely agree with you, When countries start to accepting bitcoin like one of local currencies, then automatically bitcoin price will increase more. Because a lot of people start to use it, and then believe and trust it. Online and fast transactions without a lot of fees and anonymously. It's a great things for people.
I Hope that many countries start to accepting bitcoin like a local currency in the near future.

We are rapidly moving towards mass adoption and everyone wants to have his/her share of bitcoin.This IMO is the reason but do not think that bitcoin not going to fall.A correction is on the cards.

The supply of bitcoin is always limited to 21,000,000 BTC so you do not need any extra control to limit the bitcoin every four years,i do understand  what you are trying to tell here,every four years there is halving in the number of rewards a miner gets for helping the blockchain,the user demand is the single reason the price of bitcoin is increasing.

The bitcoin holders ware increasing so the demand of bitcoin is increasing so the price also increasing with a not enough supply because the other bitcoin are not yet mine and you need to wait 4years to mined so that you can also controll the bitcoin that can exist.

I guess there is no such way to know what will be the next value of bitcoin, as long as people are continue in supporting it will continue rising. And its because many people are adopting bitcoin so we can expect the sudden rising of value at the moment. One is for sure that there is strong support for bitcoin so you cannot expect a dip in the price of bitcoin.

You need to take into account that moment that you can be manipulated by those users who have sufficient large resources in Bitcoin. Creating a large demand on the exchange, the price drops, and this is the moment when you can buy at a low price of the crypto currency, and the next moment, buying up the price rises.
