The campaign is not on right now because iluvbitcoins does not have funds anymore, and thetorcoin is nowehere to be seen.
You can stay on the campaign on your own risk if you want, however i do not think if you want to earn BTC that you should do that.

Do you know where can I sell my TOR? I just want to converted it into bitcoin, because I see that their value in the market was slowly decreasing.

Cryptopia is definetly my favourite because their systems are always functional and they have a good support, you just might want to check out which one would get you the best price.
But you said that you converted it into bitcoin, so what did you mean by the question?
