Yeah, if you obtain an asset (in this case in-game) on credit, mismanage or otherwise fraudulently dispose of the asset, then make another commitment to cover the debt in order to obtain even more credit, and then refuse to repay the loan. Which is exactly what you did. Pay your debts. These losses are based on in-game contracts that I partly refused to enforce (including my promise to pay 1% per hour that I had made without taking into account physical situation that I could not work efficiently 24/7) The original assets were in-game, but the offer, accepted by many, to redeem the in-game assets was made on this forum. Until and unless you honor that contract and the debts so incurred, you are a scammer who has stolen from other members of this forum. And so you shall remain. |

"Running away with the funds", in my world entails that I have received them to my possession. This, however, never was the case. Is it possible to commit theft without gain? You are responsible for contracts you make. You didn't honor those contracts, or your own choices. |

For the record, Risto had taken 2000 XMR from me that I had sent over for in-game land plots. I had intended to purchase two of them.
One of them had an in-game item that was made for it, yet the other did not. The in-game item for the land plot was never turned over to me, and as such I never received what I paid for.
Risto then proceeded to give away my 2000 XMR along with his own to the player base.

Anyway, the guy is apparently dead (unless it is one of those fake "deaths" people heavily in debt occasionally try to pull off, and I have no evidence of that), so maybe it's time to put this to rest. |

I'd imagine people from this thread might be interested in our crypto-project Townforge, which we have been working on with moneromooo for quite some time: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5317101While it is certainly not CK 2.0 nor do we wish to carry over issues from CK, it does pay homage to its good portions while leaving out the wackiness. For example, the game is fully on a blockchain (heavily modified Monero fork), is exit scam proof etc. Going from browser games to a 3D world makes it quite different, but hopefully some old time CK'ers will find it intriguing. |

Additionally, I am willing to sell the complete game database and source code. The code is nothing fancy at all. Actually you'll be shocked at how bad it is considering how much Risto spent on it. But someone could possibly use the database and historic price data to create NFTs or a reboot or something. I mean there are some insane levels of "proof of burn" or "proof of value" to Crypto Kingdom items, considering items as pointless as unicorns went for 1000+ XMR in the past.
