Have you experienced any change in your balance, or is it still frozen?
I just today passed the minimum for automatic payout and upon checking noticed that my balance is frozen as well... don't know since when or why.

I don't know if any of my plugins are triggering any alarm bells (false alarm that would be) - but even if that was the case, it should have prevented claiming - so it says on the page...
I can't see any FAQ or otherwise explanation -.-'

Hi felicita,

We never scammed our users. We did not reset balances, just frozen them for investigations.

About coin mining, it's just for up rates. I can assure you that our payback rate will soon exceed that of Moonbitcoin but currently we work to developp a complete webpage for account management with the possibility to disable mining.

We test the mining by browser in order to recover the coins stolen (mining is disable on mobile/tablet to preserve battery) and to pay as fast as possible the frozen balances of our users.

It is very difficult to overcome the latest events and we are the only faucet to respect users without resetting the accounts and without disappearing.

So when i see frozen, i think it will never thaw, it been a log time since i went to your faucet, hey and i dont mind the pop ups, that bring you revenue, its a pity, you never thought of your users the same way. and as for your investigations , well you must have done them by now, balances have been frozen for some time.

Support e-mail as well as Twitter accounts don't reply to any kind of question, even though I have a pretty easy, short question.

Instant-ETH has shown for WEEKS already a note on top of the page, saying "withdrawals are temporary disabled".

Also the info text below the faucet shows weird things.
The German site seems to be a copy of instant-btc, because it says auto withdraw shall be at 12,500 Satoshi.
The English site says auto withdraw shall be at 25,000,000 Gwei.

Now BOTH of that makes no sense, ETH doesn't have Satoshi and 25,000,000 Gwei equals not only over a year of continuous claiming, but roughly $200 in value.

So how long is "temporary disabled" and what is the real amount for auto withdrawals?


Now ....... because I saw all the critics above, let me add my personal experience with the instant faucets.
I've joined Instant-Doge in december and I got 3 payouts of 125 Doge each so far, never had any problem, all went full automatic.
Next I've joined Instant-LTC where I had my first payout recently, also without any problem, full automatic.

With Instant-BTC I'm not at payout level yet, but will get there some time this month, will see how that goes, but I don't expect any problems.
Only Instant-ETH seems to be really weird, but that might be only due to missing information.

If you're hoping for a reply from the faucet owner, forget it.
My account got stolen by someone who figured out my public address and even on that one they do not reply, not via support e-mail nor at Twitter.
I've listed the instant faucets as scam in my faucet list.

This faucet paid me twice, in average i reached the threshold to be paid every 30days
why so slow?

because the faucet sometimes there's porn ads to display
whic I cant do the claim on my pc at work
which reduce a lot of chances to claim
