I tried now to withdraw 13.37 LTC and it worked in no time. But I'll make more tests.

A couple of days ago, I had withdrawn all the money I could from Poloniex, and the only thing remaining in my account were the two withdrawals they had been holding hostage ("Awaiting Approval") for a few weeks. I opened up maybe 5 new tickets, referencing the old ticket numbers, and basically telling them that I was going to sue and that, at this point, there was also grounds to start criminal proceedings. Those new tickets were all marked closed within hours, without a single response to me. But, lo and behold, about a day later, they simply processed the withdrawals that had been "Awaiting Approval." Therefore I am glad to report I was lucky enough to actually get all my money out of Poloniex. Needless to say, they are never going to see a penny of mine again. Good luck to those of you whose funds are still being illegaly withheld by Poloniex. Be vocal, organize, hit them hard.

Today my ticket has been resolved and I get my money. Moreover, I withdraw and it's completed in few seconds (ETH)
Here is what I did.
Setup 2FA. Change to Netherlands IP using Opera browser VPN. Go to this reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMarkets/comments/6foeqy/exchange_issues_megathread_poloniex/ submit your reply with the form like other people. I waited for 1 week then today they reply my ticket.
Good luck.
