4月28日，内蒙古收费公路监督管理局发布消息称，自治区政府决定于5月1日零时起取消全区所有政府还贷二级公路收费工作。取消收费的政府还贷二级公路项目共计96个，收费站点121个，收费里程7588.8公里。截至目前，除西藏和海南没有收费公路外，全国累计有28个省(区、市)已经全面取消了政府还贷二级公路收费，减少收费里程超14.16万公里。（新闻来源：中国新闻网）

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!
