i bought some bcn in poloniex but now it says bcn is frozen what does it mean ... i  m new in trading

Polo is under heavy load, but BCN is a scam coin. Huge, huge instamine, worse than Dash's.

Maybe not. Markets prop up junk all the time. It's not a good long-term investment, but short-term you may be able to make a quick profit. If so, I'd take the money and put it elsewhere.

You bet! Check out coinmarketcap.com for quick info on coins. Then, when you see some that interest you, dig in and research them before investing. You can definitely do well if you pick good ones.
