I currently have a paper wallet with my two QR codes, public and private keys but can't seem to figure out how to recover my wallet. I've tried download the coinbase and blockchain apps but scanning the codes does nothing.

I've looked up the public key in block explorer and there are definitely funds there.

I had a blockchain wallet originally which i'm stuck trying to recover because it asks for a second pass related to new HD wallets which I dont have because I think they only introduced that feature after I'd created and saved my wallet paper.

So now I know the public key / private key but after lots of googling can't seem to figure out how to get a functioning wallet with my bitcoin.

Help is very much appreciated.

Download Mycelium onto your phone. Use that to import the private key of your paper wallet into Mycelium so that you can spend the funds. It can scan the QR code for the private key, and if you encrypted it, it can decrypt it too provided you know the password.

thank you. you're a god.

i'm shocked how difficult every other solution was given how easy this was. hopefully this rises to the top of google for future people like me trying to search for a solution.
