When the grand experiment that is ethereum began, Vitalik Buterin created a modular, stateful, Turing-complete contract scripting system married to a blockchain.  Yet the past two years have painfully demonstrated a missing feature: digital trading cards.  Up until this point, most collectibles required shelf space, plastic covers and cardboard boxes.  Curio Cards changes all this by creating cards using smart contracts on the ethereum blockchain.  Store your cards in your own digital binder and hold your own private keys.  

Curio Cards are digital trading cards based on smart contracts and developed with a philosophy of simplicity, universal accessibility and digital trading cards for everybody.   Our goal is to provide decentralized trading cards - an android of the trading card world, where all can share commons, rares and even foil wrapped cards with trustless interactions and no compromises.

We ask for the community to join us as artists, volunteers, developers and evangelists seeking to enable a fundamentally different paradigm for digital trading cards and the relationships they provide.

NFTs are rising these days. But it says on their website that all cards were already sold. So only those buyers can sell now their Curio cards in the market. And it seems, it will fetch a good price. Like for example, if they bought a card way back in 2017 worth only 0.0025 eth, interesting how much it will fetch in the current market like in OpenSea?
