I will pull a number from http://random.org/ between 1 and the number of tickets (btc).
You could just make a number up yourself and pick yourself to win. How are people supposed to verify?

And how will people know that? Bitcoin doesn't always send from the address you have selected. People will send money and you will have no idea who sent what. People could be watching this thread waiting for someone to pay. You'll get 2 private messages both claiming to have sent it. How will you decide who it was?

well I am not eligible to play so I can not win.

I am just trying to come up with interesting ways to use bitcoins.

I looked at your lotto and I like it alot.
