CHANGELLY : what happens when you sent to low amount BTC requested by changelly

Hello,

I was wondering when I buy XRP with BTC with Changelly.  Changelly ask's for example to sent 2BTC to their BTC address. Because of a mistake I sent 1.9988 BTC to their BTC address (to low). What happens with my BTC, because I can't put in a refund BTC address in case of mistake like this.

Changelly is the new exchange by Minergate team. If nothing have happened after you have sent the amount of BTC, you should contact support and tell them  your situation. You need to provide them the transaction id and verify it's you and I am sure they will send you the corresponding XRP amount or maybe your BTC back.

I think they sent the amount back to you after it times out once 72 hours past on the blockchain.
This is the time that most bitcoin transactions fail to send if not enough of a fee is attach to it.
As far as I know this is what does happen for all transactions which fail to confirm.
