Forget about cloud mining that is nothing but a scam, the other two options that you suggest are good ways to make money, you could also try lending , if you do it in the forum you will need to ask for collateral just in case the person you lent does not pay, also you can lend in poloniex as well and that has a very low risk of not getting your money back plus interest.

Cloud mining sites were good in the past and people who invested in it at a right time and who withdraw at a right time have made good money from it but now its very hard to trust those sites as most of them will disappear with your money in long term.
