im willing to bet( pun intended) that a large portion of the success with the bitcoin gambling industry comes from the fact that bitcoin purchases can be anonymous and thus countries cannot enforce rules and regulations as easily on players that would usually either have to jump through hoops to get there winnings or players that would go to jail for winning without btc. then you add the fact that some fiat casinos take weeks and month to cash out while bitcoin casinos can sometimes hold an average of less then 10 minutes to approve cashouts. Not all the times since there are instances which when you won big amounts on some casinos or gambling sites do make already an issue to your gambling activity which would turn out to have a delay on recieving your money but this cases do only happen when you play on some non-famous or shady sites but if you do play on legit and credible then you wont really experience this one. I don't agree with you, i think major reason why bitcoin gambling is so popular is privacy, not only that you can hide that from your friend or family, but also that you don't need to provide any kind of ID card, usually you only have to register using email, which isn't that bad compared to ID card.
