Thoughts about one big collective lending service :)

What do you think about creation of one big lending service which will be lead by one or few trustful members. He can collect the

initial sum from interested members, and this for example must be small amount locked on 0.01BTCs.(it can bi bigger).

This sum also can be used for investing and we all can make voting system.

Equal shares can be delivered periodically minus small fee for Manager and small bounty for our Forum .

What do you say is this possible?

And what do you suggest we do when somebody takes a loan and doesn't pay back? Ban them from the forum?

 Collateral will be sold and money will be compensated. Nothing without collateral.

Idea is to involve more members here in cooperation and  to make some profit for us and for this forum as our main platform.
