Any advise, as what should I do for a transaction sent from blockchain.info pending for approximately 48 hours

Yes:

1. Read the following thread for solutions: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0  (easiest thing is, to try and accelerate it through ViaBTC)
2. Next time, you have to use more fee (even if blockchain.info tells you it's good enough), their calculations aren't accurate enough.

Update:
Seems like ViaBtc are not accepting the  transactions anymore.They have too many transactions in the queue.
They have a limit on the amount of TX's they accept on each hour (that's why). I'm going to accelerate it in few minutes (when their hour cycle resets).

Update 2:
Just finished successfully accelerating the transaction. "aziernest", you could expect the transaction to have a confirmation, whenever ViaBTC mines the next block.

Update 3:
It just received the first confirmation (mined by ViaBTC).

If it doesn't confirm within a given time frame,the refund your coins.
