   据韩联社报道，韩国统一部在新任总统文在寅就任首日表示，朝鲜若选择此时核试，是极其愚蠢的做法。
韩国统一部发言人李德行10日在例行记者会上，就朝鲜驻英国大使早前的讲话表示，正如新总统文在寅在竞选期间反复强调的那样，朝鲜若执意进行核试验，韩朝间不会有包括对话在内的任何举措。
据英国天空新闻（Sky News）报道，朝鲜驻英国大使崔日（Choe Il）日前受访时表示，朝鲜将在其领导人选择的时间和地点进行第六次核试验。

李德行说，朝鲜驻英大使此番言论与朝鲜去年进行第五次核试验后所发表的主张大同小异，但这并非意味着朝鲜即将实施核试验。
他强调，朝核问题应和平解决，全体国民一致认同要继续致力于和平统一；新政府为了达成该目标将继续努力。
