Successfully accelerated it for you (expect it to receive a confirmation, whenever ViaBTC mines the next block).

Here's a small tip (in case you stumble upon a similar situation):
~Snipped~
their hour cycle reset is every 1:00 /2:00 and 3:00 and so on ... by default forum time instead.
That's the time you should attempt to use their services (first few minutes of each hour).

1. Find a better wallet. Google blockchain.info theft or scam.
2. See what fee you should be paying by checking https://bitcoinfees.21.co
3. Pay a higher fee on the better wallet that let's you choose a fee.

Try core, electrum, bread wallet, mycelium or any wallet where you actually hold your own private keys.

Don't use Xapo, blockchain.info, coinbase or any online or Web wallet as they are going to steal your funds eventually.
