This can be a sign that poloniex is starting to make a Gox and probably history will repeat itself if this continues to head in the wrong direction. This is just my opinion though but I really do hope poloniex stays as good as it is, if we see another big exchange scam people like what Mt. Gox did, I know there will be a pretty big dump to occur in terms of bitcoin price.

Is so sad that at the present time now Poloniex was facing an issues problem to their client customers/traders in terms of making
transactions of withdrawal. Which lead their clients to feel doubt and fear to lose their holding coins in poloniex. Undecided

traders which doing trading in poloniex have got trouble when poloniex got many times of DDOS and they asking this in trollbox or sending email to poloniex but we don't know what actually is happen with poloniex. we only hope that this is not happen again in future and we can trading in poloniex with safe without any trouble.

We will see for sure in the future if it will happen again. I experienced it also and I didn't like it, I was supposed to buy at the low price but can't really do anything about it and I see that there are a lot of dumps happening. At least right now I could trade again, it wasn't supposed to be like that anyway.

Poloniex started having trouble when the number of users online jumped from about 20,000 to 30,000 very suddenly as the altcoin bubble was building.

So it might not be a DDOS - it might simply be that they grew by 50% in about a week, their servers couldn't handle it, and what they thought was a DDOS was actually their new users trying to log in and continually refreshing to get in.

People: Spread your trading around, don't just pile into one exchange, it's too risky (and you create problems when the exchange isn't ready to handle the extra traffic). Bittex and hitbtc have a lot of alts you can trade. You can trade ether and stellar lumens on Kraken. Litecoin can be traded pretty much on any exchange, same goes for ether and doge.

Don't do all your trading on one exchange, it's risky.

I am not sure whether they are under any DDOS attack but one thing is certain that they really could not accommodate the amount of users in the site and they really need to upgrade their servers to have a smooth trading experience,if not they will loose customers and with the price of alt coins having a rally it is expected that we would see these kind of issues if they are not equipped to handle the traffic.
