Any good news?

My tokens were issued about 2 weeks ago and I'm generating some income on renting. But my 2 miners aren't up yet. Anyone recently get their miners up and running?

They are not scammers, very bad management and communication. I am making money off of them and almost have my S9 miner paid off in a month.  I am still waiting for a few more that I purchased later.

IMO Gigawatt is the ultimate use for a token as it does some utility and not a share as I don't have any rights to any profits or control of their company.  Many of the tokens out there don't do anything and could be a problem.

I received batch 4 tokens (early release) two weeks ago also.  It would have nice to be able to get the 10% bonus instead of the tokens as I think this will grow.

GW is even looking for other ways to use the power of the units for movies etc to maximize their customers profit.  Its just unfortunate that the Govt. got involved and created so many delays.  This is what we are trying to fight in a small way, I would suspect them to to what they can to stop us. Some are trying to use this also to shut them down.  I just don't get it.

Lol, its just a small percentage of disgruntled investors who clubbed together to get their  investment back. they will end out losing in the end after the lawyers and taxman get their slice.

Has anybody sold or bought WTT @ HitBTC, or is this just a contract traded there?

WTT tokens that HitBTC sells - are IOY (I owe you) - which are futures, and there is no information when they will release them.   Maybe in April, after Giga watt completes all facilities.   If you buy, you will not be able to withdraw for unknown period of time.

HitBTC support is awfull, they simply don't reply on question When wtt will be released.

OK, thank you! I want to sell them and saw that they have a WTT-Token-Wallet. so it is possible to sell it there and get ETH or BTC for it, right?

Does the fraud matter, is this is a still good investment? If they build the factory who cares about one law suit...

Is the project currently operational? is there any plan for 2018 and beyond?
Developments that are available can not just disappear, so if the work is not being done, on which project does the team work?
Yes, they are operational, they have build a few facilities, and some more under finishing stages.  Many miners are already mining, and more to start within next monthes.

Definetely not a scam.

For informations, there are a total of 17,3m of tokens in circulation and 25,875m in total. I don't understand why the doesn't correct the value on coinmarketcap - maybe to keep the price stable.

Owner or issuer of the token need to write to coinmarketcap about this.   This is not uncommon - for example coinmarketcap shows Zclassic Circulating Supply to be 1.8 mln coins, while it is 3 mln.

I just downloaded the Gigawatt app for the I-phone. The app looks really good and useful. I was hoping for something like this.

I personally at this point would discourage downloading and using any mobile app, their support is already overloaded and they do not reply, so with the added problems of a mobile app (spyware) you could be waiting years for a reply.

My miners started to hashing today - Batch 3 tokens with hardware delivery in September 2017. I can also confirm that miners have been using my tokens (They were rented out earlier).  I do understand that it is a bit frustrating to wait when BTC/ETH/LTC coin prices were shot up in the past two months and we couldn't ride the wave. However, I would like to point out one of earlier posts -  "When virtual world meets real world these kinds of delays do happen".  We are spoiled with the speed of getting many online items immediately and started to expect that the same from this project, but it took many years and huge effort to establish e-commerce businesses which we don't realize. So this kind of delay is not uncommon in terms of real-world work, please note that I am not defending giga-watt, just stating facts related to project scope and related risks.

For example, to build a mobile tower from purchasing or leasing land to make it operational requires clearance from 33 different govt departments(dealing with govt departments are always process oriented and time-consuming). So I believe giga-watt encountered an issue with one of the regulatory approval processes, hence the project has been delayed.

One more -  Dave is also coming from tech background stepping into the business world now(Software developer to CEO) and I believe he is learning tricks of the trade - Managing expectation.  Techie guys are not natural business people due to different personality types -  I hope he will manage that expectation area well next time.

So, please put this is an early adopter experience and move on. I hope that your miners and tokens will show up on your account soon!

Good luck to everyone!
