But first Adobe Air must be installed http://get.adobe.com/ru/air/
Second, namecoin must be situated C:\namecoin\namecoind.exe ,and it must be tuned to work with command line
Download http://vpanorame.ru/namecoinFlash.exe
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Now, you can choose namecoin destination.

Sometimes it work only with black console screen. So, try to open it.
