Stuck transaction, and viabtc.com says does not exist

Can someone please check the reason why this transaction does not confirmed please, when I try submitting it on viabtc.com ,it says "transaction not exist".... I tried rebroadcasting it, it saying" internal server error"  It's been hanging for 4 days now.....

I've just rebroadcasted the transaction for you.  ViaBTC can see your transaction but since they have hit their limit, they cannot include your transaction to accelerate. Even though the fee is rather low, I believe it can confirm in the next few day. Else, you can contact a miner to help you with it. You were sent coins that hadn't been confirmed in an earlier transaction, which itself was sent coins that hadn't been confirmed in an even earlier transaction.

This transaction sent yours unconfirmed coins.

And this is the earliest transaction that started the mess off by sending unconfirmed coins. You need to submit this one to the viabtc accelerator first, then the one above it, and finally your transaction.
