Have you not seen the movie 21 about the MIT blackjack team which is based on a real story? People still do that, just saw a documentary about it recently.
Card counting isn't even illegal under US federal law. Casino's can ban you or try to prevent you from doing it, but you're not going to go to jail for it.

I honestly don't think that it's rigged but I think the house edge is much more than it should be. If they are going to rig their website, then how are they going to generate who's going to lose if they are supposed to win? It will be one complicated code. If it's just going to be random, then might as well just increase the difficulty of winning on their game instead of randomly cheating on people.

When someone has discovered some new website or something that is regularly increasing the number of visits, then probably they are going to see if they can scam using the websites name. Yup I think you are somewhat right here, If you are a casual gambler then it's not the best way to just play for winning because its more likely that you lose more than you win.
