I have a SaaS app related to crypto that has been earning consistent profit for years. In the last three months user base started to grow exponentially. See profit numbers yourself:

                          Revenue           Running costs
February         $9105                            $1150
March             $27201                          $1150
April               $31547                          $1150
May                $33866 (May 1-17)         $1200

All payments are made in BTC, so in fact the site earned more due to BTC price increase.
Because I lack the skills and the knowledge needed for running a large business and i'm more a software developer than entrepreneur, i started looking to sale the business. Hence, my questions: How much would you valuate such website? Where would you sell it?

Business and some websites typically sell for 2-3x their annual revenue. However with the giant bubble that could be, it's tough to say. Why not continue running it? Or have someone help/contribute and you still get plenty of profits?

As the site's popularity grows, i need to spend more time on support which is not what i'm interested in. Hiring and managing staff requires skills that i'm missing.

Well I certainly do not have the capital to purchase a site, but I would very much be interested (and able) to help run and manage such an site.

I have decently extensive software and hardware experience, sysadmin for nearly 10 years, and a health hate of the cloud Smiley
