As title guys .. anyone using or used coincube.io for automated trading? can't seem to find many reviews about them online (unless i'm not searching properly)

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

It's in a beta phase. Are you associated with the website somehow ? Why do you need feedback's from others when you haven't yourself reviewed it yet ? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi

no not affiliated with it ... just wanted any feedback before I did try it (didn't want to give access to my trading account willy nilly lol) ... I only found out about them because I was looking at automated trading software that would work on kraken and it came up on google search ... however couldn't find anything further on them so thought of asking here to see if anyone was using them to get any feedback etc..

Looks like they want to build something great as by checking their website, I see they have added really big exchanges like Bitstamp,Gemini etc. They can't add them without being verifying themselves first so I guess this might not be scam. I recommend you stay alert as with any investment funds website there is the risk to lose all of your investment. It is been a long time without a legit investments website for bitcoin so this might be it but I am too skeptical because of so many scams in the past.

For now its hard to say if this is legit or not since looks like this a company base on twitter but they are only getting low followers not well known site i think for now better to get noticed about this site for now and lets see what will be other complain about this site..

When check this site in whois looks like this site is new i do not think it could be safe if the site is new..
So much better to ignore or stay away for safety purposes..

One this i noticed is that you have to sign in to their website.   And a lot of this really wants you to be a member first on their forum or say investment website.  The problem is, you could be a member of a lot of bitcoins websites that sometimes you will no longer be able to monitor all of this forums... I don't know about Coincube but as their website "is an automated bitcoin and blockchain asset investment service that allows users to invest in a broad index of digital assets."  Basically, they offer service... maybe you have to pay something to them....

Greetings everyone. Chris Allen, COO of Coincube here. Let me know if you have any particular questions about the service.  We were recently accepted into Kickstart Accelerator in Zurich Switzerland:  https://kickstart-accelerator.com/meet-30-startups-that-join-kickstart-accelerator-2017/

We are currently in our Beta phase, and our service is free to use.

Thanks for signing up, hope you like it.  Be sure to enable the free "Pro" account option in the settings menu, if you want to create custom indices!

Thanks for that Information. Will try the Feature in 2 days when i have more time. I have 2 questions already:

1. Is the total fiat value updated live? Because it seems to stay the same over hours, though the natural votality would increase / decrease the valure all the time.

2. Does the bot still work when im logged out?

3. Is it correct that i need a balance equal to 0.1 BTC for EVERY asset i want to trade? For example i want the bot to trade 12 different coins so i need a total balance of 1.2 BTC??

I used Coincube on Bitfinex for awhile, I found it made alot of buys but rarely profited.

Would usually buy and then sell within a movements.

Yes the automated trading will continue 24/7.  I think there might be some misconceptions on what its main purpose is.  We wouldn't call it a "money-making" bot.   Our principle mission is to eliminate pain points in trading, and help users quickly diversify their investments.

- 1-Button click to diversify assets into curated indices (top 5,10,30,50, eth)
- Create and save custom indices if the curated aren't to your liking
- Money-making orders will keep exchange fees lower
- Liquidation options - (Users can convert all the assets on the exchange to a singular asset like BTC, ETC, or FIAT.

With that said we're working on adding more features. So if anyone has any requests please send them along!

It is updated hourly I believe.

You should able to lower this significantly if you change your rebalance threshold and weight the assets more evenly.  The issue is with smaller accounts, since the rebalancing system often trades a fraction of your asset, this will often fall below exchange trade minimums.

Not to be snarky, but it seems like it would be better at making money if it didn't keep buying high and selling low.

Can one feature be to never do the aforementioned action?  Something to the effect of "only sell coins at a profit".  I realize the point of stop losses if the values of coin are plummeting, but one purchase I saw was for way more BTC than I have had in a while.  Sucks to think that I could have been that far ahead and then tank so hard.

Another feature could be to have the option for users to set a daily rate of return that would influence the trading.  Word is a balanced portfolio should earn 3% daily min.  So far I'm only seeing losses.

On the plus side it's done a ton of work diversifying my portfolio very quickly and has likely picked those currencies up at better prices than I could have without being shackled to my laptop.
