Good question, That nil means that you just enrolled that day and didn't completed your work. So, I decided to put you in the list of 5/18/2017 just keep tweeting for 7 days you will be paid on 24 not on 23 as you started the proper work on 18. I hope you understand.

There is no time span limit.
You can make your tweets whenever you can in the whole day but if you tweeted just 5 mins before the next day then you should wait for few hours to tweet again.

Its simple if you started your work on 5/19/2017 and did your work for 7 days regularly you will be paid on 25.
You have not worked for 2 days from your enrollment, Please start your posts today otherwise i'll remove you.
