Yes, I think it's possible. I mean with all the talk now about human consciousness being uploaded to a computer, I'm sure dream recorders would be feasible too. Quite exciting how it develops, huh?

There is a high possibility that it will come true. But I wonder what the utilities of this tech? Will it be employed by the Government or super corporations to control individuals?

If this tool is created, most likely this tool will only be owned by certain parties, and will not be distributed freely because it can cause things that are not desired.
