There are a lot of courier pickup centers where the camera facility is not available. The drug dealers are not retards. They know the exact locations of these centers where there is no camera coverage.
I bet to differ. If they weren't so stupid they would just get an education and start a normal career but instead they decided to pedal drugs. They're the dumbest people in society.
Drug dealers have to be pretty clever, or they get caught. Not everyone has to abide by your limited definition of intelligence.
What they sure as hell did recognise is that they can get way more money selling drugs than in a boring 9-5 office job, and they learn a lot more about preserving their security and privacy too.
