Surely the dev must look seriously at doing something with MAY now as the price continues to fall since the 800 coin block reward started. We need something that will spark people's interest in the coin like masternodes with a use case or something or else this will slowly die which would be a shame.
Definitely agree with the insights of this person. The 800 coin block is all good in all sense but its inflation can't be stopped. As we can see right now, people started dumping MAY after the 800 block and this decreased its price drastically. It would be great if the dev will be active here and will come up with something that can turnaround the direction of MAY. Increasing the awareness of other people about this coin will also be very helpful in the long run. Thank you for the support my friend! I really think what could help turn May around is to implement masternodes and maybe even have a coin swap which I have seen several coins do in the past that had a lot of coins in circulation and once they implemented masternodes, the coin did well so this could be something the dev can think about but I hope he doesn't take too long or this will die. |

You guys do realize that there is only 60m MAY outstanding right? There's no need of a swap. 60m is nothing. We were all praising the block reward increasing.. and then when it comes everyone starts to bitch. Theres no inflation here. A lot of other coins are in the billions... may is in the millions.. come on. Also people dumping stakes is good as it allows more people to join in. If nobody is selling there is no demand therefore there is no money to be made at all, correct?
The problem with the price is because of the current market trend going downward. Everything is down not just may and also because there is simply nobody purchasing may or not enough people. It's only real use is to stake and hold monetary value.
Im not trying to pull at anyones nerves here. I agree the dev should be doing more... but it's clear that the dev only ever intended may to be a staking coin and to ride the bubble of 2017. It's one of the better staking coins out there and we just need more people in the staking community to find our coin and we will be in for a ride.
May could use more advertisement in the sense of a new exchange and possibly some popular staking pools to drive the community towards it. Until then the price will stay in the 15-20+ sat range due to the amount of may currently outstanding. It can't exactly drop to 1-2 satoshis.

I have asked this several times in this thread but I never get a reply which is a shame as I have been in May since the start and have continued to stake and not sell a single coin since then so a reply would be nice. If there were some developments then the price would be a lot higher and be more stable which is what we all want to see. |

I have asked this several times in this thread but I never get a reply which is a shame as I have been in May since the start and have continued to stake and not sell a single coin since then so a reply would be nice. If there were some developments then the price would be a lot higher and be more stable which is what we all want to see. Less-active team to simply socialize in this forum, maybe you should send a message to the dev regarding your question. |

This isn't going to help much as people see no activity from the dev, we need updates on where this project is heading because right now the price is heading south and continues to fall. Comon dev its time you do something with this project already, people have offered to help out like POSMonkey but no reply from you. |

Normally a bounty campaign should start parallel or even before ICO starts, so that you can attract more potential investors. They are still organizing the bounty campaign and the half of the ICO is already finished then.

Not sure what you are on about as MAY had many people here early on without any bounty campaigns but over time people decided to sell up and leave because clearly the dev isn't doing anything with developments. I haven't heard of any bounty campaign so I think you are posting in the wrong thread unless I have missed something here? |

There's a high chance that TonySh is just a spammer that jump from thread to thread spouting nonsense to increase their activity here in this forum. I'm not sure though if he is aware that he will not rank up because of the merit system that we have right now.  Quite sure that I saw similar posts like him in other threads too. They're posting anything under the sun even if it doesn't correlate to the coin of the ANN thread they're posting into. If I remember it correctly, I saw 1 page just containing their nonsense posts. Really a sore in my eyes.  |

Yeah after replying to this person I checked his profile and noticed that he does post a lot of this kind of stuff. This is why this merit system was put in place and for them to rank up they must post quality not crap like what has been posted.

I agree that the exchanges are expensive now and if someone did want to take over MAY they have a good start with these exchanges. However things would need to change though if some other dev did takeover because it can't keep going like this, I'm sure the name will stay the same but the specs would need to change I think. It would be nice to see MAY accepted as a cryptocurrency in the UK.

Block explorer expired 3 days ago. Without one chances of staying on coinexchange.io are extremely slim and may finally be the nail in the coffin for may.

Now it will be interesting to see if the dev will renew the explorer? If not then it could be the end for MAY which would be a shame as the reward structure of MAY is very good how it was set out. Maybe something similar can be done with a new coin but have the rewards a little lower. |
