Better to buy with big amount then try for escrow you may get. Small transaction you may not get escrow

No one here can do a escrow for such a small amount.
Rather you can go to localbitcoin and start a trade there. You can exchange your paytm, paypal, mobikwik amd almost all wallets to bitcoin with a transaction fees.
Transaction fees will be affordable rather then escrow charge so i would suggest you to go and purchase bitcoin on these sites like localbitcoin, zebpay, unocoin, etc

Thank you all. I got the purchase through lykke wallet. Took a few days to get kyc approval but after that it has been a piece of cake to buy eth and btc.

At the time i was buying the cost difference between Unocoin and other inidian exchanges after taking into consideratin the 4% charged by banks for forex was more than 10000 rupees per btc.

That made me try for a direct one.
