If the current situation persists for too long, then I believe yes... Bitcoin will be damaged, and the small Bitcoin holders will get out of the boat first, not before paying a premium for their transaction fee to fiat, of course.
If you see the other side of bitcoin in benefits and the price I think bitcoin never die. Compare to the past history of price of bitcoin its a good sign that bitcoin has a good future. From hundreds to thousand dollar of price of bitcoin, more people encourage to use this. This time more countries and investor want to invest in bitcoin because it is legit and a good business. yes and i am sure that bitcoin is not going to die, bitcoin will for ever because bitcoin is the need of the day. the users of bitcoin are increasing continuously which is increasing the popularity of bitcoin. |

Why can you say that bitcoin will die soon ? If there is no appropriate reason that you can give to us that bitcoin will be dead soon. And i can't hear people complaining about bitcoin even the governments, so why you all keep saying bitcoin is deas ? To bluff people that's not good at all.
Well a lot of people are complainig about how transaction became slow and you need to pay high fees to get it picked up, and that is a big issue maybe not for us normal people but for gambling sites trading sittes and many others each second matters and this problem is getting even worse since more people are starting to use bitcoin even more. This is an issue but honestly speaking there is schedule for your transactions with the fees, though the people are complaining about the Bitcoin fees getting higher but it is not that much high how much the people are giving or creating hype about the fees. I personally have no problem with the transaction fees. |

Yes, this really is something to laugh at and nothing more. The bitcoin no doubt is the most trusted coin of the cryptocurrency. The major transactions of the crypto are dealt in the Bitcoin also the number of the Bitcoin followers is increasing then I don’t know what makes the people say that the bitcoin will die soon. |

You probably don't send small amounts (under $100) though; whereas I could do daily business with the old fees, now I am paying $3 if I want the receiver to get it that day, and am only sending $20. It is a bad thing because it is making it exclusive for larger transactions, and not working for smaller transactions. A standard, set fee is what we need for Bitcoin. EDIT: Oh and BTC is not going to die. Not anytime within the next few decades anyway. |

the price of bitcoin itself keep growing due its getting rare and rare , but also the transaction fee following to grow , people around expect to see the tx fee remain he same just like few years ago , and it's a little bit affected to the bitcoin popularity , bitcoin could die slowly if this problem bother a lot of people. |

Bitcoin will never die despite all the troubles being encounter recently I.e slow transaction and confirmation. Some people might had been discouraged with that but I can assure us that with the introduction of Lightning network system the slow transactions will be thing of the past more people and countries will adopt bitcoin.
Yeah thats it , bitcoin will surely never dies as long as it has many peole in its back. Many people are now putting trust on it and they believes that bitcoin is a good investment for a long term run well thats true. As long as the bitcoin circulates itself as long as it has a many investors and many people will use it , it will never be die. |

It's very difficult to say that "bitcoin die soon" because today from day to day bitcoin is getting stronger in the market, and many are chasing, I'm sure the prospect is getting better I think it is not all about the market that makes bitcoin stronger from day to day. If you think of it, if the users and investors stop using bitcoin, it's price will dump. The users are also getting stronger to hold their bitcoin for a hope of getting good profit like the old investors, they are hoping for a pump after the month of August, which I think might cause a dump before it. |

With the current situation of bitcoin, I really can't see the possibility the chance that bitcoin will die soon. I always keep on reading articles and udpates about bitcoin. And instead of reading bad news and anything that can discourage me with bitcoin, there's none. Most of the news are good and speculates the 5 digit possibility value of bitcoin.
I think bitcoin cannot die now because the situation is going in favor of bitcoin it is going towards top and many people are getting aware of bitcoin. Now countries will legalizing bitcoin too so I think bitcoin will never ends it will make a digital world. |

We can't do anything about it, the price of bitcoin now is not a joke so the people using it is sky rocketing. It is obvious that there are limitations in the blockchain, and with a lot of bitcoins to transact, bitcoin will be really slow. In the matter of fees, I think it is fair because of the price of bitcoin, we just need to make a good amount of bitcoin to transfer. |

OP is waiting one day for confirmation and because of that didn't happen he ask very logical question, will bitcoin die soon? He didn't come up with any better idea, some better reason, only argument is that he is waiting one whole day. This is happening for some time already, fees are very high I waited more then 3 days for transactions to confirm couple times, nothing new and nothing special about it. We can just hope that activation of segwit on 1 august will make that a little better then it is now, just month and a week stayed until that, its not far.

I have sent BTC yesterday but one day passed it is not confirmed, I have raised mining fee, this sucks.
how much was your fee ? i did withdrawal from polo to blockchain and it ws within 1-2 minutes i guess., but i did pay fixed transaction fees at polo , it was 0.0001 btc |

The fees is a big deal for people like me as a bitcoin user, i choose bitcoin because its fees are very affordable and it transaction speed is faster compare to the things that i used in the past years and if the fees will keep on increasing then i will not use bitcoin anymore and i will just find something better for bitcoin and if the majority or most of the bitcoin user will do the same thing then it will make bitcoin die. |

Bitcoin nowadays is growing rapidly so i cannot tell that this will die soon based on what is its standing at the present.I honestly believe bitcoin will continue to conquer the universe for the coming months and years.
The demand of bitcoin is getting higher every day, now I'm wondering why OP is asking " Will bitcoin die soon?", well obviously bitcoin would not die soon. There is a lot of people buying, investing, earning bitcoin every day, and it just keeps on recycling that is why bitcoin will remain on its feet as long as there will be users and investors of it. Even though there would be no users or investors of it anymore, bitcoin would not literally die because it is decentralized. It will remain in the crypto world but it will be useless. |
