I don't think so...
Day by day Bitcoin is getting accepted and powerful across the world, in recent times bitcoin has gained huge value and popularity in developed countries.some of them have started thinking to accept Bitcoin as a legal money.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I have sent BTC yesterday but one day passed it is not confirmed, I have raised mining fee, this sucks.
Bitcoin will not die as what many think it is. The dumps and slow transactions maybe just due to the reason that bitcoin is undergoing its operational service into improvement for better services that will get along and suit consumers demands. Just be patient and wait for the effect of innovation and do not early conclude of bitcoins death.

I think it would be gone but we don't really know when,
Besides nothing is permanent in this world I think other coin would replace it ,
But I hope that it would happen in the next couple of years and not right now.

Bitcoin will not die easily, it will survive as long as it can be. Big holders dont let their investment just gone in the thin air so they will do something to prevent bitcoin from dying. Aside from the fact that bitcoin hitted $3000 and this will not be just a dream to us to happen again. There are really just some people who's spreading fuds to have panic selling and take this to buy more and more coins.

Bitcoin will not die soon, from my point of view that Bitcoin will last long time because of its running function and activities. Bitcoin has become a popular and credible currency in recent times. Japan and South Korea have already approved it as a legal money. In Asia and Europe Bitcoin is also popular transaction tool. Many online shopping center accept Bitcoin so there is no chance to die very soon...

Now with this recent beating Bitcoin has been taking since the recent weeks many holders of the coin may think the end is here for it. From over $2800 to $1870 within three weeks isn't any consolation for anyone not to panic. However, I still think Bitcoin will survive this year. As for next year, I really can't say.

We'll see what happens after the Aug 1. Some say this is the end of the world, others say it will be a good improvement and bitcoin will rise as never before. I support the latter ones. I strongly believe that bitcoin will not only survive but will rise from that point.

i think every year there would always a moment to have a doubt on bitcoin , but people forgot how cheerful they are when see the bitcoin price skyrocketed from $600 to $3,000 in a couple of weeks only. they just care about how their value get dropped more than 30%! i would keep support bitcoin no matter what would happened later after the fork in 1st august. bitcoin are still promising and the biggest thing ever on the internet!

I'm in 400,000 euros debt , dont help me , i rather die

This is a ridiculous topic, I don't think that bitcoin is going to die very soon. because Bitcoin is getting popular and acceptable nowadays, many private sectors are going to allow it as a payment tool so it is one of the reasons to live Bitcoin a long time. but some people have been afraid of a rumor about coming August. I certainly want to say that it is just a policy to reduce the value of Bitcoin by Creating a panic selling situation.

Bitcoin will die just like fiat will but I know not now. Bitcoin is just fresh so the price of it is still volatile and fluctuate much. plus because of the upcomming event on august 1. which is the voting between segwit and hardfork. may the best wins between the two.

Bitcoin will never die. It is one of the greatest technological innovation in digital money in our century. It can be used for different purposes and means. These have been talked here many times so I am not going to repeat them. As long as bitcoin will bypass the necessity of a central authority like a central bank to tell us what is better for us to do, it will live and it will be cherished by many people. Bitcoin will die is just a nonsense from media and central banks trying to put mud on bitcoin face.

If bitcoin dies all the Cryptos will die along with it. So bitcoin is not going to die any sooner otherwise people would freak out like hell and god knows about their reaction about it if that occurs. Also a few powerful people like Bill Gates know what bitcoin is ,so probably they won't let it die just like that.

Bitcoin will not die without a reason and a very good one. The issues Bitcoin is having at the moment can't cause something dramatic like this. And even if there was a possibility for something like this it wouldn't happen over night and suddenly. But Bitcoin has very good chances to become even stronger and remain the leading cryptocurrency that will also become competitive to all fiat currencies.

Bitcoin will not die any time soon . It may drop drastically in price and it may sky rocket in price . It really depends on who is backing it and how much money people or business pump into it .  IT has massive support atm .

I agree, there is no doubt that the bitcoin has become a very powerfull curency and has potentiel to be even stronger and it is going to take a long time for it to fall down, espacially right now with it gaining more popularity with its sky rocketing price which made more poeple investing in it.

Will Bitcoin die - yes (I don't like the word "die" but I do believe btc will change/evolve into something else-something it wasn't meant to be Angry)
Soon - no

Once anything becomes profitable you can always expect it to be ripped to shreds (that's the sad part about human animals, they just hate seeing anything "nice") and that I see is what's happening with BTC.

Sorry for a short answer, I really can't write 10+ pages as to why.

It is not going to die it shows that how much popular bitcoin is getting day by day that too many transaction are going on and confirmation are getting delayed day by day that is why they are doing all this segwit thing so this problem get resolved and we can send bitcoins easily to anyone around the world without waiting too much for the confirmation. After segwit installed in bitcoin this problem will be solved.
