False bitcoins can be created, pretending to be real. Providing the wallet with an altcoins called bitcoin. Many people who recently joined bitcoin do not know about blockchain, wallet or cryptographic.
The unwary has a fake wallet with a fake coin that is worthless

People could send Bitcoins as a Double-spent transaction and the coins won’t ever arrive within the receivers Bitcoin Address. Double-spent transactions are kind of like fake Bitcoins yet technically it is not as well since the coins aren’t actually coins.
If someone puts Bitcoin on a testnet then the coins would be a legit fake coin.

You could only imitate bitcoin by creating an alt coin with the similar name with ETH or waves platform and people who are not aware of bitcoin might get into trouble if someone plans to fake them but i highly doubt that is possible, since we have an active community we will find anything that could harm the echo system, other than that it is practically impossible to create fake bitcoin.

THere's a difference between creating altcoins that have no value that are called "Bitcoins" and actually creating fake coins though. Not a lot of people are going to go get a wallet from somewhere that isn't fairly reputable, especially considering how prominent the good wallets are. There's next to no-one who is actually sitting on a wallet that's fake without having a good idea that it is fake.
Maybe there are some instances of this, but I find it hard for most people to be anywhere close to this.

if you make a duplicate it will just be an altcoin since it won't be able to exchange itself with BTC, People have been duplicating TX's in double spends, of course that doesn't cheat the network and one will never be confirmed.

I think there is no such thing about faking a bitcoin. I didn't heard anything such as faking bitcoins only for you dude. Maybe you should not under estimate bitcoin. I think just use trusted bitcoin wallets today so that you cannot lose your bitcoin.

You can actually counterfeit bitcoins through double spending, using money that doesn't exist.. Also there was a method to make fake BTC seen in blockchain.info only, but was more of a gig than actual abuse of system. Of course all of these aren't real coins and will NEVER confirm, so if a BTC gets confirmed, it's genuine.
if someone copies BTC, They will just be making an altcoin, even if they try forking bitcoin.

As we all know that everything have a blueprint. It's not that much difficult to make fake money if you have blueprints(in case of real cash). I was wondering if anyone found blueprints(algorithm/code) of bitcoins.

Is it possible to duplicate bitcoins?

I think you could make a similar coin but it would be an altcoin at that point. It can have the same features but with a different name.

I think fake bitcoin can be created by creating a new blockchain and name it Bitcoin.  If a group of people plan to cheat their client, they can do this stuff if those people are just new to cryptocurrency.  But if we are talking about creating fake bitcoin inside the Bitcoin blockchain then it is impossible.  Since there are tens of thousand of nodes to verify your transaction.

You can print money but you can not print bitcoins. This is one of the advantages of using it. The actual economy is based on money printed daily, and if not enough they print more. At the end there are more money without back up. And can lead a country to bankrupt and collapse. With bitcoin, when there won't be anymore bitcoin, it is final, no more bitcoin will be created,( but the value will incrase)

Now for me I think this is impossible to create fake bitcoin because it can be trace before it run. Bitcoin now is perfect digital currency for me and it has it feature or it's own algorithm that cannot be duplicate.

Well if I am going to analyze it personally, it will be very difficult to create fake bitcoin. Because as you can see there many altcoins which those are clone by bitcoin they can't even reach the value price of bitcoin.  Meaning, no one can imitate the characteristics of bitcoin in terms of usages and features.

it's practically absolutely outlandish. to copy coins, or make new ones that aren't a piece of the general framework would require defeating the encryption and cryptography included. it would require more processing force than has at any point existed, joined and increased a hundred times over. in fact it's conceivable to spend coins to two unique addresses without a moment's delay. it's known as a twofold spend. in any case, to DO it requires the blockchain to be part and overwritten by another branch. This is the magnificence of bitcoin. Every exchange expands on beforehand produced yields, guaranteeing that the cash is genuine from exchange to exchange. We are discussing data here, not substance, so it's the mystery of the data that vital. Simple to copy a thing; significantly harder to copy an interesting thought given the way of the mammoth

Agree that there is a possibility that someone can create fake bitcoin and fake online wallet which will used in scamming some big investors that is why just be careful on the new site created which requires an investment to earn bitcoin even in bitcoin wallet much better to create on trusted bitcoin wallet which exist for long year and you are surely that your bitcoin at a good hands.

It means that it is not actually to create a fake bitcoin right? What your are trying to say that they can try to deceive people by having the same name and create a blockchain with it which I doubt that it will happen as long as you used a trusted wallet then this would be impossible to happen. Also it needs a lot of effort to those who will do it and most likely get caught before they have gained the profit from the time and effort they did. It would be a tragic thing for them so no this is not possible.
